We use cookies in the Pixel to track visits. Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers: Order information and name/location of customers; Merchant store currency (related to the free delivery notification); Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your website, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information; Information about individuals who visit your website, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device. We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Social Beem account, through your account on app.socialbeem.io, or using the following technologies:

  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We only use your personal information to provide you with the Service or to communicate with you about the Service or the Website. We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information. We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent, unless: doing so is appropriate to carry out your own request; it is legally required; we believe it’s needed to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect our property, legal rights, or those of others.

Social Beem is operated from the United Kingdom. If you are visiting the Website from outside the UK, you agree to any processing of any personal information you provide us according to this policy. Social Beem may contact you, by email or other means, such as promotional emails relating to Social Beem or other third parties Social Beem feels you would be interested in or communicate with you about your use of the Social Beem website. Social Beem may also use technology to alert us via a confirmation email when you open an email from us. You can modify your email notification preferences by clicking the appropriate link included in the footer of email notifications. If you do not want to receive email from Social Beem, please opt out of receiving emails at the bottom of any Social Beem emails.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We don’t share your personal information with third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Website and Service. We currently use Google Analytics (traffic analysis, SEO optimization) and Jivo Chat (live chat and in-app messaging). See listed below

Data Retention:

After placing an order through our website, we will keep a record of your Order Information for a minimum of 25 months, unless you request us to delete it.

Data Processing Agreements:

At this time, Social Proofy does not offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) due to our data processing methods. We store data locally on clients' devices and do not retain it on our servers. Personal data collected through the app is anonymized before aggregation and used only at an aggregate level. Hence, we do not require a DPA.

Changes:To reflect changes in our practices, operational, legal or regulatory reasons, we may revise this privacy policy periodically.
